ABOUT

Merle Graybill, principal of InWorld Coaching LLC, is regarded as an insightful and strategic coach, educator and organizational development consultant whose focus, values, and personal style engages across cultures and stakeholder interests to successfully embed change.

Consulting and coaching evolved from Merle's management and leadership experience at the department and division level including responsibilities for talent from acquisition to succession, budgeting, fundraising, public outreach, branding, communications and marketing, partnerships, strategic planning and assessment, technology, training, curriculum design, and organizational diversity/cultural competencies.

Merle is a long-time student of mind-body modalities and weaves this knowledge and client skill-building into her coaching, including mindfulness, gestalt intentional change, and the neuroscience of emotional intelligence.
